Over time we have detected the 6 major "fear factors" that make potential customers think twice about offshoring.
1. Distance. The true fear is not distance but the realization that working specifications most be done professionally. We can assist you on how to improve your specifications to meet international offshoring standards
2. Culture. The differences between cultures have been minimized in our organization by combining Asian and Latin resources with western management. Training our resources on cultural differences has standardized concepts such as quality, customer satisfaction, etc.
3. Language. If you are a native speaker, our only recommendation is to keep it simple and use technical English. If in the other hand, you are not native speaker, you can relax with the fact that non-native speakers have less problems understanding each other. All we need are simple commands that demand actions so specific results are achieved
4. Control. How to make sure that all issues are cleared? We have resolved this problem with our Issue Tracker System, a simple on-line system that you can use to open, close and re-open issues, assign status, priority, etc. The usage of this system is 100% free for our customers
5. Impersonality. The lack of a face to recall in our minds when we email or chat with others makes things cold and distant: not the best conditions for trust to grow. That is why you will receive a document with the photograph of all our managers and the roll they will play regarding to your contract. We will ask the same from you in return
6. Lack of definitions. There is no better start than knowing where the finishing line is. All your project must be totally defined before a keyboard is touched. This process may take a single conversation or a round of 10 separated “chats” with different people in both organizations; that is OK with us. In fact, we are totally proactive about defining every aspect of the agreement
